Returns & Exchanges Policy


To have a whole new and easy shopping experience at home, the Brands Porter provides 30 days exchange only policy for you. You can exchange all items with in 30 days of product receipt.

Exchange Policy:

1. What if I need to replace the product Size?

  • If the size you ordered doesn't fit you, simply 
  • Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
  • You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
  • Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).      

please note that this process may take 4-6 working days.

2. What if I wish to exchange the product with other product(s)?

  • If you don’t like the product you ordered and wish to exchange it with other product or products, simply
  • Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
  • You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
  • Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).

Conditions for Exchange:
 The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.

• The product delivered does not match the product ordered.

• The product is unwashed and not used in any way.

• The product is in its original and undamaged packing (careful opened package will not be considered damaged).

• The product received does not match the size ordered.

• Wore/Tried Undergarments are not eligible for exchange.

Please note that:
• The minimum time for processing exchange is 07 working days.
• In case of EXCHANGE shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 
• This policy applies to all online orders

Altered or Make to Measure orders CANNOT be refunded or exchanged, However in case of incorrect measurement further adjustments in alterations will be made.

Discounted Products:
Exchanges during sale is ONLY applicable, if the product received does not match the product you have ordered

Return & Refund Eligibility
Brands Porter is committed to providing original products. To ensure transparency and protect both parties, the following policy applies:

1. 30-Day Authenticity Guarantee (Refund Only If Product Is Proven Replica)

If a customer has verifiable and documented proof from an authorized expert or brand service center that the product is a replica, they may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

  • The burden of proof lies with the customer.

  • Claims based on personal opinion, misunderstanding, or preference will not be accepted.

  • Brands Porter reserves the right to independently verify any authenticity claim before approving a refund.

2. No Refund or Exchange for “Open-to-Check” Parcels

If the order was requested as open-to-check on delivery, the item becomes non-returnable and non-refundable once inspected at the time of delivery.

3. Product Seal Must Be Intact

Refund or exchange requests will only be considered if:

  • The original seal/packaging is completely intact, and

  • The product is unused and in the same condition as delivered.

Any item with a broken seal, removed tags, or signs of usage is strictly not eligible.

4. Protection Against False or Baseless Claims

To prevent misuse of the refund policy:

  • Refunds will only be processed upon objective, third-party verification of inauthenticity.

  • Threats, coercion, or unsupported accusations will not qualify for any refund.

  • Claims must be accompanied by written verification from an authorized expert.

5. No Refund for Personal Preferences or Dislikes

If the product is original but the customer:

  • “doesn’t like it,”

  • “expected something different,” or

  • mistakenly believes it's fake without evidence,

then no refund or exchange will be offered.

6. Legal Protection for Brands Porter

This policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency while preventing abusive refund demands. Customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • Refunds are strictly limited to verified replica cases.

  • Brands Porter’s decision after authenticity verification is final.

  • Misuse of the refund policy, false allegations, or attempts at intimidation will not be entertained.
