Returns & Exchanges Policy

To have a whole new and easy shopping experience at home, the Brands Porter provides 30 days exchange only policy for you. You can exchange all items with in 30 days of product receipt.

Exchange Policy:

1. What if I need to replace the product Size?

  • If the size you ordered doesn't fit you, simply 
  • Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
  • You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
  • Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).      

please note that this process may take 4-6 working days.

2. What if I wish to exchange the product with other product(s)?

  • If you don’t like the product you ordered and wish to exchange it with other product or products, simply
  • Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
  • You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
  • Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).     

please note that this process may take 4-6 working days.

Conditions for Exchange:
 The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.

• The product delivered does not match the product ordered.

• The product is unwashed and not used in any way.

• The product is in its original and undamaged packing (careful opened package will not be considered damaged).

• The product received does not match the size ordered.

• Wore/Tried Undergarments are not eligible for exchange.

Please note that:
• The minimum time for processing exchange is 07 working days.
• In case of EXCHANGE shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 
• This policy applies to all online orders

Altered or Make to Measure orders CANNOT be refunded or exchanged, However in case of incorrect measurement further adjustments in alterations will be made.

Discounted Products:
Exchanges during sale is ONLY applicable, if the product received does not match the product you have ordered

 

Return Policy:

 

(No Refund, Exchange Only) All products are sold "as it is". You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. If you doubt the originality of the product, you can directly visit our warehouse to physically check the item, other for all online purchases, Brands Porter is not responsible. You may contact us within 30 days from the purchase date if you wish to exchange your purchase for another product.

 

Brands Porter has full rights to update Return and Refund policy without any prior notice.
